This design is a modern variation on the classic Lone Star Quilt.
There are 3 star sizes in this pattern: Small (33″ x 33″, Medium (52.5″ x 52.5″), and Large (64.5″ x 64.5″). These sizes can be made as is or they can each be made into larger quilt sizes with additional background fabric. There are 8 total quilt sizes in the pattern.
Skill Level: Intermediate – It requires cutting and sewing on a bias and sewing with a consistent 1/4″ seam. The pattern includes tips on how to do this accurately. There are also (4) Y seams in the quilt to sew the background corner squares to the star.
